CHINESE CANADIAN NATIONAL COUNCIL – LONDON CHAPTER TO HOST 6TH ANNUAL DRAGON GALA IN CELEBRATION OF THE YEAR OF THE RAM

LONDON, ON. February 19, 2015. On Saturday February 21, 2015 the London Convention Centre will be decked out for the 6th Annual Dragon Gala. Hosted by the Chinese Canadian National Council – London Chapter, the Dragon Gala is the annual celebration of the Chinese New Year. 

With an anticipated crowd of over 740 guests, the sold out Gala will be ringing in the new year of the ram. After the energetic – and for some, turbulent – year of the horse, this new year is to bring inspiration and peace.

CTV London’s Kelda Yuen is set to take the stage as guest co-host for the evening with a featured performance by a duo that has performed around the globe in some of the most prestigious concert halls.

Money raised from the 2015 Dragon Gala will go toward supporting the community services and programming offered through the Chinese Canadian National Council – London Chapter. The anticipated goal of the 2015 Dragon Gala is to raise $30,000 to support sustainable program and services for new Chinese immigrants, students and seniors in the community.
